Resource Education & Agricultural Leadership
A Leadership Program for Natural Resources Professionals!
REAL Oregon is a project under the Oregon Agricultural Education Foundation (OAEF), a 501(c)3 organization that has been providing educational programs through the Oregon Farm Bureau for over 30 years. OAEF's mission is to enhance agricultural knowledge and understanding among all Oregonians. In March 2017, REAL Oregon graduated its inaugural Pioneer Class, consisting of 30 Natural Resource professionals from across the state. Since then, the program has successfully run six cohorts, graduating over 130 alumni.
